Job Summary:
The candidate will be responsible for preparing / presenting accurate and reasonable cost estimates for civil, structural and architectural works. Ability to interpret drawings and contract documents and translate into bid documents. Can interpret site work progress or work measurement and derivation of labor / material estimate.
Qualifications:
- Male or Female
- BS Civil Engineering graduate - Licensed (an advantage)
- With at least 3 years working experience
- With knowledge in estimating computer generated programs or CAD (an advantage)
