VICE PRESIDENT FOR OPERATIONS

REQUIREMENTS:

• Male, 35-40 years old
• Graduate of any Engineering or relevant course
• Must be MBA, MBM, MM degree holder
• Preferably VP, SVP, AVP or EVP from a Property Management Company or has Managerial experience gained from Hotel Industry or Service Company.
• Has extensive executive level experience in operations, project management and customer service.

JOB SUMMARY:

• Responsible for developing, monitoring and implementing of programs, strategies, policies and procedures consistent with the company’s goals.
• Performs functions necessary for efficient operation.
