BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Male or Female, must be at least 40 years old
- Graduate of Hotel Restaurant Management or any related course from a reputable school
- With excellent communication skills (oral and written)
SPECIFIC QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have at least 2 years work experience in a food industry
- Must have solid work experience doing Local Store Marketing initiatives, evaluation and analysis in other top 10 chains (food/café)
- Willing to work long hours and on weekends if necessary
- Must be observant, analytical, strategic, can make LSM programs and calendars and must be able to do post-evaluation analysis of all LSM efforts
- Aggressive, assertive, above-average people skills
- Can work under pressure. Fast learner. Results oriented
- Applicants must be willing to work in Makati, Ortigas, Manila, Taguig & Quezon City.
- Familiarity of Food Costing
