JOB SUMMARY:

  • Plan, lead, control and direct development activities during the implementation of new programs, ramps, and capacity planning requirements through coordination with the other departments in the organization.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Bachelor's degree in any Business-related field
  • Oral and written communication skills
  • Ability to provide what the internal or external clients need or want
  • Ability to analyze data using sound statistical mathematical reasoning
  • Project management - Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute projects, assess and manage risks, and track ROI
  • Ability to use word processing, spreadhseet, call monitoring, internet browser applications
  • Ability to gain insights into the whole by understanding the linkages, interactions, and processes between the elements that comprise the whole "system".
