CUSTOMER RELATIONS SPECIALIST
(QC – Eastwood, Manila – San Lazaro, Mandaluyong, Makati, Pasay, South Luzon area)
Requirements:
- Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's/College Degree in any course
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Adept in computer operations (i.e. Microsoft Excel, Word, etc.)
- With keen attention to details and with sense of urgency
- Tenacious, has passion for excellence, trustworthy, hardworking and willing to work long hours including weekends and holidays
- Willing to work in an operations setting, following mall hours/schedule as this is a store-based position
- Male/Female; not more than 25 years old
- Fresh graduates/entry level applicants with great sense of responsibility are encouraged to apply
- Part-timers who were currently studying are also welcome to apply
