Deadline driven, skilled writer and researcher requested to populate specialty web sites for physician practices. Ideal candidate will have strong medical terminology and industry understanding, have excellent English writing and communication skills, and be Internet savvy.

Primary Duties include:

• Online research to determine hot content trends for patients in the US
• Based on research, development of original content for online publication
• Keeping previously developed content updated and accurate.

Skills Required:

· Inquisitive/Detective: Not always take things at face value. To ask “why” and dig in for proof. Be unwilling to accept the status quo.

· Communication: Excellent written and spoken English. Also, strong English comprehension.

· Deadline Driven: – Able to manage a large number of deadlines, both long and short-term and meet them all. Or, if an occasion occurs where a deadline is going to be missed, be proactive in informing management so appropriate actions can be taken.

· Independence: Work independently with little day-to-day direction (once trained) – to be self-reliant and self-directed.

· Problem Solving: The ability to identify problems as well as to generate and implement potentially effective solutions.

· Flexibility: The ability to adapt to unfamiliar, unpredictable and dynamic circumstances successfully.

· Stress Tolerance: The ability to withstand adverse events and stressful situations without “falling apart” by actively and positively coping with stress.

· Computer skills: Must have strong Internet and database research skills, as well as computer skills related to writing and email.

· Medical: Excellent medical terminology and understanding of the US healthcare industry. Also, ability to understand US patient views and issues.

Experience required:

• Managing and adhering to deadlines
• A profession or education that optimized medical terminology
• Strong Internet and database research ability
• Worked in a position independently without a lot of direction with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Standard computer skills
