DOCUMENT COORDINATOR

Responsibilities:

l Checks accounts that are due for document completion and for filing at PAG-IBIG.

l Generates and sends first and final notice for document compliance and notice for loan approval.

l Evaluates individual loan application prior filing at PAG-IBIG.

l Administers first filling of accounts at PAG-IBIG to meet monthly delivery schedule.

l Checks entries on printed PAG-IBIG forms.

l Requests filing fee for PAG-IBIG.

l Tags individual accounts as loan filed, document complete and NOA released.

l Endorses to PAG-IBIG Liaison accounts that are due for filing at PAG-IBIG.

l Checks entries on the Notice of Approval once released from PAG-IBIG.

l Effects changes on loan details as reflected on Notice of Approval.

l Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

Requirements:

l Applicant must be a graduate of any business course

l Female, not more than 35 years old

l Related work experience in real estate company preferred

l Interpersonal and communication skills is a must

l Highly organized and attentive to details
